Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 48-hours between requesting and collecting all repeat prescriptions.GPs should issue repeat prescriptions for longer than 28 days, study  suggests | GPonline

Requests can be made in the following ways:

  • Request in writing
  • By post
  • Online via the link at the top of this page
  • By NHS app

If you would like your prescriptions to be sent directly to the chemist, then please contact us to choose your nominated pharmacy.

If you have any questions with your medication, whether it is regarding side effects, or experiencing stock issues or wanting to discuss alternatives, please book an appointment with our clinical pharmacist. 

Medicines Act

This practice adheres to the requirements of the Medicines Act for the storage, prescribing and recording of medication.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
